What we collect
Email address, display name, country, city, time zone, gender (optional) and preferred language that you give us when you register, plus the messages and photos you send in the chat and basic technical data needed to run the service. If you tap “Send my location”, the location you send is kept with your conversation so the clinic team can help you find your way.
Why we use it
To let the clinic team reply to you in your language and your local time, to keep your conversation history, to send you sign-in codes and notification emails, and to keep the service secure.
Translation and AI providers
Your messages may be processed by third-party translation and AI service providers so that they can be translated and so that an automated assistant can give first-line answers. The assistant does not give medical diagnoses.
Medical records and retention
Conversations can form part of your clinic record and may need to be kept for the period required by medical record rules. Messages are therefore kept even after an account is deleted.
Deleting your account
You can delete your account in the app. This removes your email, name and sign-in credentials and detaches the conversation from you (anonymization). The conversation record itself is retained as described above.
